Complaint filed against
Friends of North Plains
and
North Plains Citizens Against Annexation

For over 10 years, Friends of North Plains has been participating in the Periodic Review process leading up to the UGB expansion and this annexation proposal.  FoNP has always followed the necessary processes and rules.

Friends of North Plains and North Plains Citizens Against Annexation have filed all the necessary election paperwork with the City and are operating within the election laws.

So why was this complaint filed?  We believe that CFRG is attempting to squelch dissenting opinion and intimidate those who seek to offer more complete information about this annexation proposal.
